Creamy Cucumber Salad in Minutes.

Wash and thinly slice:
Wash and thinly slice fresh cucumbers (preferably English cucumbers).
Combine the cucumber slices:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumber slices with a pinch of salt and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Drain any excess liquid:
Drain any excess liquid from the cucumbers and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Mix:
In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
Add a pinch of sugar:
Add a pinch of sugar and black pepper to the dressing mixture.
Toss:
Toss the cucumber slices with the creamy dressing until evenly coated.
Optionally:
Add chopped fresh dill or parsley for extra flavor.
Cover:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 15-20 minutes to chill and let the flavors meld.
Serve:
Serve the creamy cucumber salad as a refreshing side dish or enjoy it as a healthy snack.
