Peking Duck: A famous Chinese delicacy, Peking Duck is a succulent roasted duck with crispy skin, usually served with thin pancakes, scallions, cucumber, and hoisin sauce.

Kung Pao Chicken: A flavorful stir-fry dish made with diced chicken, peanuts, vegetables, and a spicy-sweet sauce. 

Dim Sum: Dim Sum refers to a wide variety of bite-sized dishes, including dumplings, buns, rolls, and small plates, often served in steamer baskets.

Sweet and Sour Pork:  A popular Chinese-American dish, Sweet and Sour Pork features deep-fried pork pieces coated in a tangy, sweet sauce with bell peppers, onions, and pineapple.

Ma Jiang Mian (Sesame Noodles): A simple yet flavorful dish, Ma Jiang Mian consists of noodles tossed in a savory sesame sauce, often topped with cucumber or shredded chicken.

Sichuan Hot Pot:  Different from the regular hot pot, Sichuan Hot Pot is known for its spicy and numbing broth, seasoned with Sichuan peppercorns and chili peppers.
